Elsetta Care Story

The Beginning

A head spa, a problem,
and a year of work.

My name is Liana Botsinyan, and I'm the founder of ResetSpot, a luxury head spa with two locations in Los Angeles. Every day, I work closely with hair. I see it, I feel it, I understand what it needs.

For years, we tried every product we could find. We wanted to offer our clients the absolute best but we kept hitting the same wall. We loved one thing about one product, and something else about another. Nothing did it all. So we'd layer and mix, piecing together results that should have come from a single bottle.

Then came the feedback. Hundreds of clients. Hundreds of washes. Seeing their hair up close gave us a clarity that no brief could provide. We knew exactly what was missing and we decided to create it ourselves.

We worked on the formula for nearly a year. We were specific about everything, the hydration, the ingredients, the feel. We wanted it as clean as possible, and completely free of sulfates, silicones, and parabens.

A Note from the Founder

We made this for our clients and for you.

When I look at a client's hair, I'm not just thinking about how it looks today. I'm thinking about what it's been through — the heat, the color, the stress, the products that promised the world and didn't deliver.

Elsetta Care is my answer to all of that. It's what I wished existed when I was searching. It's what I now put in my clients' hands knowing exactly what it will do for their hair.

We have one product right now. But we have a vision that's much bigger. Every formula we release will go through the same process tested, refined, and approved in the space where we know hair best.
