1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

International:

  • International Standard (10–21 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates. Elsetta Care is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Elsetta Care is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at info@elsetta.com and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Elsetta Care is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@elsetta.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
